The app never opens from the app icon. I have to go to the play store to actually open it. Then it's constantly thinking and I cannot put the info in to launch the app. It's very challenging when I know there's communication from my child's daycare.

the app takes forever to load lately then it doesn't open. at one point I couldn't even find it in the play store. not a huge fan.
