I have been trying to register with this app and keep getting an error message. My sister aparently had success with it, why can't I. No matter what info I put in, I always get an error message.

I have attempted to secure my Pilgrim's Card many times over the last few weeks and have spent hours. Just when I think I did it correctly, I have nothing to show for my efforts. Is this App/Website on lockdown until 2025, or at least Christmas Eve. I have a trip to Rome on the calendar for next year and I am trying to get everything in order so I don't have an issue. As a 24 year old, I walked through the holy doors in 1975. 50 years later, I plan to repeat that event, 50 years later. Thanks.

The application is not working for 2 days, registration to the holy door remains blank, the " loading" wheel is rotating uncontrollably but nothing happens.

The app is very helpful for this jubilee year and it is very useful for updates at this year. Whoever creates this app, God reward him.
