works as described with a few things they could improve on. 1 is the recording it takes over people's message, yes you get it transcribed but it's hard to listen to the actual voice mail. 2 is there should be more options to shorten the greeting which is more like a one sided conversation. My grandma was kinda confused when she called and heard it for the first time. I mean all in all it's a great idea but too bad you have to pay for it. some minor fixes as far as options go.

I am halfway in my trial there are a few things that need to be changed first it will not allow me to change my name and it has a lot of extra names that are not mine for some reason and second there's no way to edit the prompt for the incoming calls third the assistant interrupts whoever is leaving the message it just cuts them off 4th mostly saay reason for call is unclear Lastly it keeps wanting me to set it up again and again it should not require set up more than once. With the help of the AI call assistant on the Voctiv App, I have been able to read my Voicemails, which allows me more privacy, especially if I am in a public place and listening to my msgs not a option. I have the ability to screen the important ones. I can respond just like a txt msg. Quick and easy to use .

Updated Review: You can customize the outgoing message in settings. However, the actual "AI" doesn't use the custom message. It only says the generic outgoing message. The transcripts are almost perfect though. Will update Review and stars when they fix the outgoing message issue. Edited
