After just 2 days of exercises my tongue is Naturally resting on the roof of my mouth! Day & night! Exercises are easy but challenging. I'm almost up to 100% on first set of 9 exercises after 4 days. I'm hoping there are new exercises after I get 100% on all 9 exercises! With this app plus the Oxygen Advantage app I feel certain sleep apnea & overbreathing will no longer be a problem for me. I've never paid for an app before this one, it's well worth the money! Thank you!!

The exercises are gross and unsanitary. I was expecting things that might look silly and I was ok with that but no one should do these exercises. The app also asks for you to get your doctor to participate as your trainer. That is not realistic. This app should not be sold to anyone for health reasons and it does not set the right expectations for someone wanting to purchase it.
