Good app. But after a few days of using it, the app will not let me do the workout routines without getting a subscription or accepting a "free trial" offer. I can endlessly decline the subscription upsell screens, or backing out of them, but I'll be stuck in a "Start workout" > "Decline offer" > "Backing out" > "Start workout again" > "Back to the beginning"

2 days use, then locked until you decide to pay. Garbage app for which I can set some reminders on my Calendar app, and use the stopwatch app to help. 0/10

I have tried to subscribe paid subscription multiple times but after subscribing there it doesn't activate . Have sent the mail to the support team but no reply .wanted to continue but no choice have to uninstall

I am practicing kegals with this app. It makes you improve your kegal quality and time duration. Hydration reminder is much useful to me. My drink a lot more water with this app.
