it's very amazing, but not all students can afford the premium version. find a way to help students like us, maybe launch a special program or make us ambassadors so that we can help grow the project while we get paid and free access to premium features

app is not very intuitive: the How to get the most of coconotes Note says it can work from a YouTube video, but I only can add a recorded or upload an audio note? it should clearly say you need the subscription for that. I then subscribed weekly and it is not showing any difference. Edited

This app is poor customer service, the developer refuses to honor a refund for my subscription the Google has confirmed the payment was processed to the developer. The developer is pushing the responsibility for the refund back to me to contact the google. I believe that this is a violation of Google Play Developer Policies related to fair transactions, user rights, and potentially subscription management or the Monetization and ads. I want my refund back now Mr.Lee from Coconote, LLC. Edited
