Poor discounts, paying the subscription might be more expensive than the discounts you get. Not worth it. I'm trying to delete my account, but when I open the app it says I need to download newest version, I uninstalled and installed the app and there is no newer version.... I'm just losing my time with this... Hope I don't lose my money.

AVOID! No reminder that the free trial was ending. No cooling-off period. No flexibility. The subscription renewed without proper notice, I cancelled immediately, and despite never using the service, they refused to refund. Hiding behind terms and conditions does not make this fair. Under UK consumer law, charges should be clear and transparent — this was not. If you sign up, watch the dates extremely carefully because they will take payment directly from bankcard. Not a subscription on Google.

The price is high. The deals are not particularly good, you can often find similar for free. The interface is clunky and unintuitive. The app only covers very limited locations, doesn't mention this clearly in advance and doesn't have a clear road map for future locations. The spam you with emails. The app is overrated.

Auto renewal converted my free trial into a paid subscription. I noticed the charge the same day, cancelled immediately, and never used the service. Despite this, NeoTaste refused to refund and relied strictly on their terms, with no flexibility or goodwill. Support was polite but simply closed the matter. Be very careful to cancel well before the trial ends. If you miss it, even with no usage, do not expect a refund.

Subscription is impossible to cancel speak to your bank !!!!They don't tell you this but when you got to the place of food you order from they state that there's limited coupons available so upon scanning at the other end it states unavailable!!!! Absolute scam and the employees on the side of the business do not know how it works .DO NOT PURCHASE THE APP AND PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION. Based on your response will I now get a refund? Edited
