I downloaded the app and it wasn't what I thought it was. I was looking for stories to read myself to my daughter. I tried to cancel it but, tha app wouldn't let me. I was charged the year subscription. I spoke to customer service and they were very understanding, quick with there replies and my refund. I give them 5 stars for there awesome customer service! The app may not be for daughter and I but, it's worth checking out if your looking for something different than just a story. Edited

I recently downloaded the Storybook app, and I must say, it’s been a delightful experience for both my kids and me! The user interface is intuitive and visually appealing, making it easy for my children to navigate through a wide selection of stories. The quality of the content is impressive. Each story is engaging and age-appropriate, with a great variety that includes classic tales and modern favorites.My kids love the interactive elements, which keep them engaged and excited about reading.

Notification of the massage no yes yes what time to start the sleep routine. My kids love her My son and I really like the app but we would like them to incorporate head massages and more variety of stories. There are a lot of backs, but my son really likes the hands and the face and there is little variety. But it's still a nice app!

Works wonders! The stories are fantastic and the combination with massage guidance have really changed our lives for the better. Ended up converting from a free trial to a subscription. Worth every penny. The negative reviews are misplaced - their customer service is helpful and super responsive. Edited

It was not the app itself that I was disappointed in. I was very fond of its functions, but my daughter was not a fan. With that being said, what was not okay was the response time of customer service. I didn't receive a response or confirmation. I was also unable to cancel my subscription when my trial was over. I tried to in the app and it simply would not cancel. Now I have a permanent subscription being charged to my card with no way to cancel and no way to contact the people with issue.
