When I got notified that the trial is almost up, I went to cancel the subscription and in the app it was not showing as active - offering the free trial again. I deleted my account, to make sure I don't get charged, and still got charged. Now I can't access my account and am $60 poorer. Beware. If possible, I'd like a refund

lovely app, my son enjoyed the different sleep noises and stories. I was quickly responded too and refunded when I forgot to cancel my free 7 day trial and was charged for the year. Very professional and proactive with my issues on payment.

Didn't cancel my free trial (was supposed to end on the 29th, thought that meant I had until midnight or longer to cancel)... took out for an entire year ($60) at 9PM on the 29th and have not been able to reach anyone about a refund 🫠

I really want to give this app a 5 star. I gave this a 4 star because the app glitches frequently but overall my kids and I love this app. I hope the glitches can be looked at and fixed so this app can be a 5+. Edited

I'm completely very extremely disappointed in this app. you should never in your life have to pay to have a relationship with God or to have to pay for something to help your child have a relationship with God. I am in absolute disgust that I have to even pay because I was really happy filling out all the information but then at the end was realizing that it was going to have to pay. I am angry with this.
