Had been using the free version for years and it was so easy to use. The paid version is horrible. it's very hard to retrieve old invoices. It's been a rough ride filing for sales tax since I have to click through literally a thousand things to find anything. NOT USER-FRIENDLY AT ALL. STAY AWAY

I have been using the free version for a couple of years now and I only really need it for 1 invoice a month. I was super happy that it was free and easy. However I am now realizing It isn't anymore. It makes no sense me paying $13usd a month to send 1 invoice. This is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. 😞

you can't make more than three invoices per month without paying a subscription fee. so first, back in 2020, they broke the functionality of the app. I emailed support and they promised to fix it, instead here we are 5 years later, and a free invoice app now costs money if you want to make more than three invoices per month. you can get around that by simply going back and editing the free invoices, but what a slap in the face to your long-term customers. I've been using this app for years. Randomly, they forced us to pay to use it. After paying for the first time, the app doesn't work properly. I add an item to the invoice, click save, then it never adds the item to the invoice. ive tried to reset the app, force stop, reset my phone. Nothing works.

Have had this app for over 2 years I think, never cost a cent, was awesome. Got all my work mates onto it etc, suddenly without notice I can't make another invoice without paying over 20 a month. All I use it for is invoices nothing else so it's not worth it and now I have to find another way to send invoices. No notice means I have to do this before I can send out my latest invoice which means my pay will be delayed. Suddenly this app has become a major source of frustration. Thanks bookipi Edited
