So I originally had issues getting the app to work. For me I had to create an account before I could get an estimate. However the devs saw my issue and reached out and have been very communicative and helpful, trying to solve my problem. I haven't had a chance to use the app now that I have gotten it working but thr support has been fantastic. Once I use the app, I will be back to review again. Edited

I have experience with Apps like Shovler. This app is great. I've done three jobs in two days, live in (Minnesota). All three paid $47 each with a $10 tip from one customer. Shovler uses a company called Stripe to pay you. Stripe takes a small percentage of your cut I'm not sure about how soon you get paid. I think its every couple of days. Love the app, very intuitive. If you want a few extra $$. Sign up. I've not had any issues. And their customer service ( email ) is great.

First time user. Everything went smoothly. It would be nice to be able to track the shoveler arrival. Used the app again today following snowfall. Again, smooth transaction with app and pleased with the job. Same comment as above regarding tracking. Used again after snowfall and was very pleased with procedure and results. Still have same comment about tracking. Edited

Used to be a great service, but now completely unreliable. Posted a request 3 times. 2 no shows (waited on the 1st one for 5 hours) and one cancelation. It seems all 3 were new shoveler registrations, but that doesn't change the fact that my job was never taken care of after multiple requests. I have a bad back, but ended up having to shovel myself in spite of that.

App is buggy but works as designed. After a big snow fall, was able to get a Shoveler. Shoveler was communicative, showed up on time and delivered as promised. I was annoyed with payment. I'm in Canada and app defaults to USD with no option to change currency. 1.47 exchange rate applied to the fee charged by shovler. I hope the shoveler gets paid in USD. Edited
