It doesn't change anything it's just an AI chat bot and doesn't understand these things. It's not useful for your health. It just feeds you mindfulness and breathing exercises. It also just ignores the input and talks about things not related at all with programmed and generic answers. Not helpful. It just refers you to helplines like the NHS or exercises talking about breathing in and out and talks about useless things. Don't recommend. Edited

It's okay but AI chat bot is repetitive. useful for breathing techniques. Some of the guided exercises aren't for me, it assumes once you've completed them you have learnt that specific technique and your all good, not always the case.

Utterly useless, generic preprogrammed answers with no meaningful support, another quick fix solution for the masses, sure if you have a few little situational problems in the short term I imagine it will be alright, not suitable for people with complex issues. The ai is not ai it's preprogrammed responses and will generally ignore your input unless I imagine you tell it something that it is programmed to register as a threat to safety. Do not recommend unless you want to be fed mindfulness.

It's nice and easy to use. There are no ads and it's use to not be interrupted with ads. I suffer with some mental health issues so having someone to talk to be it an AI or an actual person is really nice. It's easier to talk to someone who you don't know than someone you do know with having that fear of hurting them with past situations and other situations you have been through. Some things are hard to talk about no matter the person, but this app is helping and hopefully it can help others

This app is great, you can talk, has lots of different meditations and sounds to help getting through hard times. The better is that is free and no adds. You can self refer and talk to real people if needed. I got it by recommendation of my GP, its being really helpful with my anxiety and depression Edited
