I wish there was a feature on the app for pointing in the direction and showing approximate distance like with air tags. One time I couldn't hear the sound on my ekster because it was under some luggage and I was in a huge hurry. I ended up being late. I was at least relieved it could tell me it was at my location.

I've set up 3 of the 4 Pop devices I've purchased and had them in both the Chipolo and Find Hub apps and even after clearing cache and data on BOTH apps and restarting my phone it still only has an hours old occasional location and refuses to update manually or to sound the devices. Meanwhile my One Point devices that you can't get any longer continue to work flawlessly. DISAPPOINTED!

I've had a lot of experience with other trackers and Chipolo has been the most difficult & unstable to install & use. Set up took me hours. I followed their instructions without success. But, I didn't give up and somehow my Samsung Galaxy 22/Google Find My Hub recognized the Chipolo devices. And then, so did the Chipolo app. I've said yes to all the permissions, but the Chipilo app still wont ring my phone or sync with Google assistant despute the literature saying it will.

What a disappointment. When I tried to pair my Chipolo One Plus with my phone, I pressed the Chipolo and it beeped the first couple of times I pressed it, but it never paired with the phone and it stopped beeping after subsequent presses. I only bought one to see how well they worked, with plans to buy more, but now, unless something changes, I would not recommend this product.

This whole product is garbage. I got a pop point and a card, added them to Find My Device, and a week later they had disappeared. I re-connected the pop through the app, and it said it was added to My Devices, but it's not there. The card can't be found by the app or Find My Device, it just beeps and beeps but never connects. Customer service is useless, unhelpful and rude.

It is possible you have selected the wrong account in the Find My Device app, that would explain the issue of disappearing Chipolos. Please try changing the account via the selector in the top right corner of the Find My Device app.
