This app worked great the first and only time. After that a constant frustrating loop that would never let me fill out all the fields necessary to just send a message to the host. You answer the date and then then how many ppl and it resets automatically. I was gonna book and spend$300 Now I will pivot and go to common grounds instead. Fix your app

Such a bad customer service experience. Although it was supposed to be a "live agent," it definitely is still AI. I had a $50 credit that randomly disappeared. According to the agent, it expired within 30 days, but I definitely saw it more than 6 months after and was waiting for a special occasion to use it. Sadly, even though they sent this up to someone higher in the team, I was simply told that it expired & basically an "oh well, learn how to earn more credits." Use resort pass, not swimply.

It doesn't allow you to enter a search past 1 month in future. You have to search each listing you are interested in individually for your specified date, if it's more than 1 month away. Also when you click the go back arrow to return to a previous page, under the same profile, it takes you all the way back to the main search screen. And all locations don't allow BBQ grills, but that's not an option to filter your search. You have to check each acct again. Very poor layout and format. Edited

If the host sends you a message via email, you can't see the entire message. You have to login to the app. It is difficult to find messages from the host. Instead, the app tries to guide you to make more bookings. The app should make communication between hosts and users easier to find. Also, the app will not let you share phone numbers with a host if there is a problem, so you have to break the phone number up into numbers with periods and spaces in between to get around the security feature.

I really like the concept of this app. I'm blind, and use a service called TalkBack to interact with apps on my phone, and there are a few areas of this app that don't make the most intuitive sense as currently communicated through talkback using this app, but overall I really enjoy it! One example of what I mean is after I write messages to hosts, the send button isn't announced as a send button. nevertheless, even being totally blind I'm able to use this app successfully.
