Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. we scheduled an appointment for April 30th. Nobody showed. The appointment was then rescheduled for us on May 2nd. Again, nobody showed. We received a message saying they assigned us a new professional. We never received a message saying when they would come. I decided to check the app and apparently they had scheduled a new appointment for May 14th (which I was never notified about) but then canceled it. No communication.

My pro took a cleanup job, didn't complete it, and rescheduled for a month. After a month, they won't help with claims. He submitted the job was completed in the app and got paid immediately.There is no option for the customer to say the job was not completed, so hold payment. The app just allows customers to submit star ratings and tips. They even accused me of going outside the app when the quote, completion, and billing are in the app history. Also, you can't cancel in the app only freeze

Extremely unreliable at finding "pros" to come out. First one did a poor job his first two times out and then marked the job as completed the third time without ever showing up. They then replaced him with the exact same person's second profile, then the person they replaced that with canceled the job without ever showing up. It's now been over a month since my lawn has been mowed. If this next so called pro doesn't show up I'm changing apps

DO NOT USE! The app is not at all user friendly. They told me it would be $19.99 for my first cut plus fees. They did advise that there would be an additional fee for long grass, which I knew that mine was, and I knew it was bad. But somehow, I went from them basically paying for my mow to being charged over $1100. And they were only paying the guy who cut it less than $600. They say it's an extra fee because of the time and wear of the machine. But all I see is a massive profit for them.

Unpolished, unfinished, dysfunctional, and a cash grab. You can schedule with "Pro's" who never show up and will continue to reschedule to the next day on the day of, meaning you cannot cancel without a $15 cancellation fee. The service never comes, and when trying to get help it sends me through a chat bot that doesn't even try to work - it simply redirects you to call them. Edited
