This has to be one of the worst apps I've tried to use. First it errored out trying to set up the account. Now I can neither login or setup an account. So I tried password reset, click on the link in the email and it sends me back to the login screen.

After the most recent update (November 25) the app no longer starts, crashes after a few seconds. Force stop and clearing cache tried already, no effect. Reply to developer: as you can see above, I already did that. Update November 29: force close, clear cache, plus a full restart of the phone finally did the trick, the app is loading again. Edited

Poor performance, even after years with no real improvements. The system remains very unfriendly to use, with confusing and difficult setups. Nothing has truly changed. I am a premium user, yet even basic tasks like deleting a unit are unnecessarily complicated. My Wi-Fi is strong throughout, but the units constantly go offline. Can you finally make this product work reliably? After so many years, instead of releasing new items, please focus on ensuring the existing ones function some measure of Edited

Adding a device via app is a nightmare. It was not at all seamless. I had to try several times even re install the app several times, even after updating the firmware via local network, to get it work. :(

I recently started using Shelly Mini power meters and relays, and I’m genuinely impressed. They were extremely easy to install and simple to connect, even for a first-time user. The Shelly app itself is outstanding—intuitive, responsive, and very logically designed. It’s probably the best smart home application I’ve used so far. On top of that, you simply can’t beat the price and quality Shelly offers. Everything just works smoothly. Highly recommended!
