Compared to other smartwatch apps for kids, this one is standing head and shoulders above the others. Location accuracy is only limited by the used system (gps, wifi, lbs), simple to use, and has almost everything that I, as a parent need. Two things are missing: - Ability to transfer watch data/settings when upgrading or replacing the watch and - Allow SMS reception from contacts (mom and dad) for rare Otherwise 4.8 / 5.0

Since the latest few updates , this app is ruined. Login took me forever , did not recognise my credentials for about 4 times. When i start the app it loads for too long and i only have 1 watch to monitor. It was better before. Also, the accuracy has worsen. :( There is NOOO contacts list!!! Only white list. Bring back the phonebook!!! Edited

We replaced a Myki 4 LITE with Myki 4 so I'm comparing the two apps. Both new watch and new app look better and feel like they should be more capable and reliable than the Lite version but that's not the case in some aspects. I need this for 2 reasons - to talk to my kid without him having an actual phone device and to be able to see where he is when I need to. The location functionality is rather poor - often reports absolutely wrong (100+ KM off) and the live tracking is slow and unreliable.

Cannot log in to app with correct credentials. Tried reseting password, never got email and now it keep telling me that pass was reset and to check email. Opening support from login just gives blank screen... app works fine on wife's phone. Edit: Started working next day... hope it's not gonna be unreliable and block me out when I need it. Edit 2: Crashes frequently. Watch itself bricked and cannot be restarted, cannot log into app... Edited

Lots of things do not work! for example you are supposed to receive a reuqest and be able to approve a new registration but the approval does not work so my wife cannot add our daughter's watch to her phone! Not sure if we are missing something, but anyway if we are, it is a lot harder than it should! Unimpressed
