It has helped during stressful phonecalls. However, I would give 5 stars and even pay more for it pending it would work with bluetooth headsets.

Doesn't seem to work with Bluetooth headphones. Will not open without plugging in headphones to the jack. I only have Bluetooth so I couldn't use it Edited

The app does not seem to work on my phone. I have a wired headset plugged in. I talk as loud as possible, I don't hear anything from my headset. Even though I max out all the settings within the app. Please, I require your assistance....

Don't waste your time! Sorry to be mean but people are interested in using this app and are voicing their concerns but the developer makes no attempt to respond or rectify the issues. They probably never walked this road of stuttering or stammering and may have no clue how disheartening it can be. Unfortunate, it has potential.
