Organization of THIEVES. I purchased a baseline product in order to build my resume. I created my resume and then left the service. Then after a month they suddenly charged me for a premium subscription without even asking me or telling me. AND I AM NOT EVEN ALLOWED A REFUND! Basically I didn't purchase a premium membership subscription, I didn't get any requests for the transaction and I didn't approve the transaction but money was taken out of my account.

Scums! Basically, I got 15$ transacted from my credit card without no email or whatsoever. I tried emailing them to get my refund back, but they just keep blabbering about subscription renewal. I already canceled the previous one (where I got my refund back). 2nd one happened without my knowledge.

Low-quality user interface design - popping up suggested words are closing the fields, tapping anywhere just deactivates the input. Job search is possible, reading job descriptions isn't, if you haven't bought monthly subscription - that wasn't mentioned anywhere in the app up until I tried to open a job advertisement. Account deletion to be execute one month later from the date you tapped on "Delete my account".
