You're rarely going to have a smooth experience with no errors. Sure, when shoes drop their is a fair amount of interest at times and you could not get the pair you're attempting to purchase, but this is more like they paid a high school kid to develop the app for them to save some money. Sometimes I can get my orders through, but every time I use the app there will be at the very least 1 errors. Most of the time I get frustrated and just give up and they loose sales this way. I can't be alone.

I can't be the only person in the world who would love a language option that isn't locked permanently to location. The inability to add a payment method unless purchasing an item is also such a step backwards. Look at your direct competition in SNKRS; they allow you to change the app language and also allow you to save multiple payment methods at any time. These quality of life issues only amplify the terrible experience when trying to enter a draw unsuccessfully.

Haven't gotten anything in over a year and it takes forever to sign up for draws for anything that is popular. Just error messages, getting stuck loading, and having to retry. After maybe 100 tries the draw entry might go through for what seems like no chance of getting a pair. When I see people hitting, they always are getting everything that's available. Whatever system they use to choose winners is horrendous. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Edited

Just as glitchy as the usual Adidas app when it comes to purchases or entering draws. Constant errors, "invalid" addresses that have been repeatedly used successfully, "invalid" payments that have been used successfully. Really annoying, and of course it gets worse during high pressure drops when you REALLY NEED it to just work. Edited

Used to be my favorite app but the performance has digressed exponentially. Every time I try to enter a drawing, the app says it needs to update to the latest version but there is no update available in google play....this is the latest version!! So now I cant enter drawings the last week or so. Not to mention never getting picked in over a dozen drawings. Wth Adidas?!
