Now they add heavy fees if you're late with payment and charge you if they visit your home for payment. Too much and won't be using the again after im done paying off this merchandise. People are already struggling and they tack on 2 heavy fees for ridiculous stuff. Late fee sure, but in home visit, be for real. You choose to drive out to my house and have the nerve to charge for it. Never miss a month and only late cuz of maternity leave and on reduced pay. I don't recommend them.

the app is worthless with making payments. auto pay is fine but you're better off calling the store to make a payment if you accidentally miss a payment. numbers don't add up most of the time either.

App and website are blocking me. I need to pay my bill and it's impossible to use. I need to pay it now and no I don't want to talk on the phone. I got the app so I could pay the bill fast.

Aaron's I got some recliners from them and I've had them for over a year and made payments on it every time on time all the way through this whole year well sometimes people get into a spot and they can't pay for a month and they have to catch up as soon as they can but Aaron's does not let that happen they will call you and call you until your phone can't ring anymore and they will show up at your door daily and or they will come and pick up the property. truly a rip off. 😶😫 Edited

One of the worst apps ever. The app takes you to a browser and thinks you never went thru the sign up process. The chat section is useless. It tells you to hold on and never comes back. If they run this app the same way the run their stores, they are doomed. I was about to lease some things from them but now i dont trust them
