Ate the first PDF I put in it. I was using it to handwrite important, researched notes on a pdf. When I switched to another app for a moment and then back, it deleted all my notes and saved over the file. On the android version, there is no "restore previous versions" feature. So I'll be starting over and I'll be using an app that actually works.

I simply need to read an attachment occasionally. The update(?) now requires me to purchase this app in order to do this. I haven't found a workaround to keep this (up until now, free) app as a usable free app. If anyone has a suggestion for a free app that simply let's me open and read an attachment that someone emailed me, It would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Suzanne! Sorry, that shouldn't be happening. The app still offers several features for free, like viewing, commenting, highlighting, filling, signing, and sharing PDFs. Some tools may ask for a subscription, but it is not required to keep using the basic version. Check this out for more tips and tricks: [adobe.ly/readerfaq]. Thanks! ^VK

HATE using this. You have to pay to be able to do anything. Many students and entry level employees do not have the money to purchase to use outside of work. Or in between jobs if needing to update a document. And of course saving to word, which lets you edit fir free, messes up the document. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give a negative review I would

Hi there! The free app version lets you view, print, share, comment, and fill & sign on PDF files. If a feature you’re trying to use is unavailable or asks you to subscribe, you can try our free trial. Annual billing for a Premium subscription starts when your free trial ends. You can see tips & tricks here: (http://adobe.ly/readerfaq). Thanks! ^SM

For about the past week I can't open any documents, it takes me to a page to sign up for the paid version, I click on the cross and it takes me out of the document. Same thing happens when I try to reopen again. I do have the free version but it even says I should be able to read documents. Also been unable to save documents to Onedrive for about 1 year. Everytime I try to it says error saving document.

Hi Erin! Sorry to hear that. Viewing PDFs is free in Acrobat. If you're seeing an upgrade prompt, feel free to skip it. Opening other format files is a premium feature. For the OneDrive issue, please share a screen recording of the workflow with our developer at [
[email protected]] so we can investigate better. Thanks! ^VK

The ads are random and I don't know where they come from. Only that when I open your app, they start appearing. And once I figure out how to delete them more ads show up. Most of the time, I end up having to turn my phone off. I have deleted the app and now use MS Word to create and edit .pdf files. Much better! ---------- This app is intent on advertising over and over without any way of exiting the app. So annoying! It's apps like this that make me want to stay off the internet... Edited

Hi Jon! Sorry, the pop-ups are bothering you😔. They're meant to highlight added features that can help boost productivity, & are skippable, so you can continue your workflow. We have taken your feedback seriously and will strive to improve your experience. Please make sure you're using the latest version of the app. Thanks for being patient! ^VK
