I love this app. My daughter is incarcerated in a Federal prison. This app has been the only way we have had communication for the last 2 years. We can do visits and see each other. Great for her daughter whom really needs the visits. These help her so much. We can do email's as well. You just can't beat that unless a person could see them in person. This is isn't our case and so many more. She is all the way across the U.S. I am not able to travel due to my health issues.

Poor video quality regardless of the Internet connection, even with gigabit Internet. Great to be able to see loved ones, but wish it wasn't always as grainy as a flip phone video. It's clearly some big that they need to fix. The app always thinks I have a slow connection (even though I don't) and must be downgrading the stream to accommodate. Extremely frustrating

It's always worked somewhat well. It never says I have great service even though I have 4g with full bars. I join anyway and it works. But today I had a video visit and it kept saying check my firewall that it couldn't get connection. Never had a problem with it before until today. Just updated it for the new update and it talks about a "better firewall" now I cant even visit my sister that pays good money for each visit. Tried everything to connect and nothing worked. Please fix this issue!

It constantly freezes and kicking me out of the system... it's NOT ON MY END... It happens multiple times and with multiple inmates...we are NOT refunded for the time we lost in our video visit or reimbursement of funds to our inmates... it's a very poor service and trying to get in touch with customer service is impossible It's horrible and if there is another app I would recommend it over this one... It starts the time 2 minutes before the video starts and ends 4 minutes before it's due to end

Horrible, video lags, steady connection is near impossible, WORST audio of any app. Wired headphones only, not bluetooth compatible. Mandatory test run takes to long. Establishing connection is successful less than half the time and when it does its very poor. Possibly the worst video calling or communications app on Android period. Very disappointing!
