Love the shows and the app is easy to use, however, the commercials are awful. They load slow, in between commercials there is huge pauses, and to periodically it shuts down during them or right when the show is about to come back on. It's super frustrating and to be honest I don't look for other shows because of this. Edited

A ridiculous amount of advertising! Why do I need to see the same ad every 5 minutes of the show? Get it together people! I don't mind 2 ads per show, maybe even 3, but you need to adjust the frequency, it's irritating and unnecessary. You are getting away with this because of the quality of the content (Project Bluebook in my case), otherwise this app would have been gone at the first ad bombardment. It's a good app for watching History programs. My only qualm is they're way behind the availability of the tv shows. June 8, 22- I'm revising my rating. It probably isn't the app author's fault. It probably is the History Channel's fault. THERE ARE TOO MANY COMMERCIALS! It seems like four minutes of commercials for ten minutes of show. Seems like 6 - 8 ads per break. That's too many. I quit watching the Unxplained (sp?) because of that. I hate ads! Software developer gets a 5. History gets a 1! Edited

Chromecast integration is weak. Consistently loses connection and can't control the show. It doesn't seem to integrate with Google Home or the Home app. On that note, when starting a show, it's frustrating that I have to sit through a few minutes of ads before being about to start casting. I also find that a show will randomly rewind a minute or more. This seems related to ads, Also, when restarting a show and trying to fast forward to a position, why do I have to rewatch ads?

App would get stuck or get errors messages and won't resolve unless I switch device or wait a day. Also, there are times instead of 3 min of commercials, we would get 6 or more minutes of the same commercials during a commercial break. Some times one commercial would run 3-4 times before resuming the program. It's annoying. Otherwise, I would enjoy watching more. Edited
