I've updated this app to the latest version and it's been giving me and my wife nothing but issues over the last month or so. I'm not able to send any gifs to iOS users, they just appear blank on their end. It's specifically something with this app as other gifs work fine. I've reached out to their support email but have not received any kind of response. I've also purchased one of the expansion packs and it doesn't work when I reinstall the app, it just says I've already purchased and that's it Edited

When sharing the stickers, they are no longer animated. There is no actual support for Samsung to add it as a keyboard extension to use the gift. The app itself gives no instructions. The only options are to contact support, export to WA or Telegram, visit his shop, or see his Instagram. If there is a way to have it as a keyboard extension there is no indication as to how.

Happy to support, but these don't work on my Samsung. They just share as static images, not gifs. You can export some of them to WhatsApp (not the poku ones for some reason), so if that's all you use then you're golden! When sharing, if you press on "Options" and enable "Include all images and video data" sometimes it works, and they're animated. Other times they're not. My partner has a much more seamless experience on her iPhone, so I'm inclined to say this is a Samsung/Android limitation. Edited

The app used to work fantastically, I could share the images to various apps with no issue, they were very fun and cute. Since the latest update, and introduction of Poku, the gifs are no longer showing up on recipients' phones through messages, Signal etc. I contacted the support through the app weeks ago letting them know of this issue but I've had no response, such a shame.

Edit - finally figured out if you click on the gif from the Kennys Gifs app, you can share it to your text thread from there.. Animation works as well (using Google Messenger app) however, there is no option to add/use the sticker pack through messenger itself. Realized shortly after buying that they dont even work for my Samsung s25 ultra..? Pretty much only works on WhatsApp, apparently. Who even uses WhatsApp? I'd happily pay more for the stickers to be available to user friendly platforms.. Edited
