If you have an opportunity, i would highly advise you to use other washing machine place Terrible experience, washing machines and dryers are outdated, washing machine went offline while washing clothes, when i took them out they were thoroughly wet and i dried for 4 TIMES and they were still wet. Paid 12 euros for this and it didn't even fulfill the service.

i can't top up my balance. I've used visa, mastercard (all my cards) and somehow it said "there is an error" which is weird knowing I have enough balance and i succeeded the first time i used primus but then it doesn't work anymore.

App is unfinished. Customer support is clueless and it bugged on me that you cannot remove your payment method for some reason. Support just spams the same response and does nothing. Be aware.

Bad ui design, doesn't allow to delete account, no info about companies website where you request to delete you account and info. Very suspicious app.
