oh my gawd that is incredible!!! I'm using the AI Picture mode and it is totally mind blowing. the accuracy and details are amazing I've never encountered anything that comes close to what this does. this is my first impression based on testing it around the house. Haven't been outside yet. this is a remarkable feat of programing!!! I'm a retired computer programmer dealing with vision loss... the only negative is that it potentially gives too much detail. needs summary mode.

I LOVE the idea that this can be done. Although, I feel like there are some issues. One being the long waits for anything to happen. I've had the app for months now and nothing. I did exactly what I needed to do and I know there are so many volunteers but that's a focus that needs to be observed. Next, the UI needs a bit of a clean-up and tidy-up. From what I heard from others is the calls are messed up. Overall great potential just needs more work and a larger outreach to those who are blind

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly an Amazing App I've been a volunteer with Be My Eyes for about a year now, and it's honestly one of the most rewarding apps I've ever used. It doesn't bother you with notifications, but when you do get a call, you know you're making a real difference by literally being someone’s eyes when they need it most. Whether it's reading a label, helping find a dropped item, or assisting with something small that turns out to be big for someone else — it feels amazing to help !

This message is targeted towards the support team ~ I'm a sighted volunteer. For the last two calls I've received/responded to, both me and the low visioned individual cannot hear each other properly because our call is constantly reconnecting. So the past few times, both of us had to end the call because of connection issues. Furthermore, whenever I had to rate my experience, it won't let me click the thumbs down button, only the thumbs up button. I couldn't even resolve my issue from the app. Edited

I absolutely cannot believe my luck. I've heard about this app before and I just saw a Tic Tock about it, so I downloaded it and not 30 seconds later I had my very first call asking for assistance. The incredible call was someone having allergies and needed assistance with the color and condition of their eyes. It was a smooth, fun conversation and my only complaint is that the video quality and lag were a slight issue but I was able to give the person all the information they needed. Next!
