The app charges multiple times for the same machine. it will tell you there is an error and to try again but take money both times. Also, I had it deduct $2 for a machine, then told me that the machine was offline. There is no contact information on the app to dispute charges to get refunded. And of course, you have to load money on the app to use it so you can't dispute with the bank.

works fine for the most part, could just use some quality of life features, like being able to select a default laundry room, or saving setting presets, it doesn't take much time to do those things but little things like that would be nice. My main complaint would be the annoyance this app brings when the servers decide to act whacky, causing a laundry room backup, I'm not sure what a workaround for this would be but surely there's something that can be done Edited

I loved this app until it logged me out and struggled to reset my password. I gave it another try a few months later and was able to get it work. Now for some reason my card was removed from the app and I can not add a new card again. I wish there was some kind of help line or email we can for these issues. after reviewing the reviews apparently this is not an isolated incident. Please fix these issues. In the meantime time I've had to take back my recommendations to my local location.

This app is useless. It worked the first time, after I downloaded it a few months ago, but it has not worked since. The last time I prepared to use it, I loaded add'l funds to the app, then the app would not connect to the machines at the laundromat. Today, it seemed to connect to the machine, but when I tried to change settings (soil level, water temp), it got hung up. And now I have almost $$20 tied up in the app, and I can't use it. Very disappointing.

Initially a great app; but once my credit card expired, I tried to put a new credit card in, it rejected it. So now I'm left not being able to use the app which means that I'll come up with alternatives to doing my quilts and comforters going forward. I just refuse to carry 80 quarters stuffed in my pockets just to wash those few items every month. Edited
