I primarily got this app to have extra space for my pictures. I like that it syncs to Google photos with no problem. I do think there can be an improvement though: add a feature to delete several pictures at one time so we can get rid of things we don't want to save more easily. I would also like to see in the future a way to upload to social media directly from the app.

I am having a lot of trouble with Amazon dropping Metadata on photos when uploading them, so the pictures don't have date taken data attached. This makes it extremely frustrating to find photos and see them associated with other pictures from the same date & time period. I've spoken to customer service & they don't have a fix for it. I've done research and without paying for additional apps to download to and then upload from, I have yet to find an easy fix. I'm not impressed!

Being a new user, and the fact I'm 70 yrs old, it's confusing sometimes when I can't figure out how to transfer photos in my phone (from a specific date or a whole album) over to my Amazon Photo acct. It's so frustrating that I end up giving up, & the whole point of paying to join Amazon, was to be able to use Amazon Photos so I could transfer my photos & clear up space in my phone. The ads said it "was easy to do"...but you guys forget you've got seniors who aren't techno-savvy. Please help. Edited

14 May 25 SAME ISSUES as 23 Mar 23: Sometimes pic's no longer available, "error downloading data" even if saved for wks. DOESN'T always SYNC on its own. Doesn't always delete; images will just pop up OR multiple copies inexplicably saved. If you store too many mp4's, that can stop photos from being saved & syncing can stop, must buy memory! After albums created, labeled, & pictures added, I'll find a new album I didn't create with mixed, wrong dates of photos saved in the album. Irritating!

just downloaded this app., and already I'm apprehensive, I see no controls as to choose what to download, photo wise, It automatically starts grabbing pics the moment you open the app. then when you want to delete a photo, it saves it for 90 days. I personally would like to have choices and be able to choose, instead of it operating on its own Or am I missing something????
