The app was working fine but now after I've watched movies with no issues now every film I try to watch has no audio. I've tried all the settings and thus far is a waste of time. Please address this issue asap. I absolutely love this app especially the picture enhancer plus the audio was premium. I would hate to download a different app. I'd like to stay on board with this team. I'd love to be able to use the app tonight. Sincerely Pedro. Fix it and I'll give you five stars

So far the best player I've used for local files/videos, hands down. As w/ any app, I suggest you go thru Control & Playback settings etc and adjust accordingly, chances are if you want an ability or feature for viewing videos, this app has it. I'd give it 5 stars but from what I can tell the version w/o ads isn't available for my region (although I may have a VPN running somewhere im forgetting about..) but the ads aren't THAT bad (compared to some apps..) but id def rather pay to not have any. Great app destroyed by unskippable ads. I have been using this app for years and unfortunately it got worse. I really like it and it has great features, however the app started featuring unskippable ads after every minimize or pause and it's driving me crazy. That being said I wish I could pay like €3 to remove ads forever because the app is great. One feature that's missing for me though is screen off playback. Currently the video pauses once you turn off your screen.

I've written some bad reviews in the past, because of an update that changed how my phone accessed or whether the application would launch at all. but I've come back to erase and rewrite my review to say that this and one other application are the two absolute leaders in independent Open data application developers gather being VLC. yeah there are problems here and there sometimes things don't work like they're supposed to but these are the two best apps available and have been for what 10 years

Ive been a long time fan, UNTIL Amazon bought MX player. Now it is less than average as a player. The ads are relentless. If you hit pause, there's an ad. An ad that plays like a commercial, I'd wager which uses more memory, let alone the aggravation. What sours me most is that they used to give you the option to purchase MXplayer pro to remove the ads. That was awesome. Now, you just get to enjoy the misery of unrelenting ads. It's a shame.
