Amazon has turned into a total circus. Most orders arrive damaged or late if they arrive at all. Heaven forbid you get stuck with Amazon Logistics as the carrier, because your order might arrive in two days or twelve days with no explanation or way to predict it. It's just a total guessing game. Sure, you should get a refund eventually, but I am not trying to spend money to get refunds instead of products. Absolutely unaceptable all around.

Let's talk about dumb moves and losing a sale. Stop refreshing recommendations when a user goes back a page. On the homepage I got about 5 great suggested products, clicked into one to look at, hit back, and Amazon shot themselves in the foot. Completely changed them all and I cant find a single recommendation I liked now. Like imagine window shopping and you go back to look in the window again and it's all changed. Well you didn't get that spontaneous sale from me. Thank you!

It would be great if they could get some competent developers. This app is a joke if you have a default address and a default payment setup as soon as you use another address it changes to the other address even though when you go back in it still shows the original one is default. Have had to uninstall and reinstall and it still happens of course you can't get a full day many for customer support none of them speak English and all they can do is read off a script. Edited

Amazon used to be a great place to shop. Now it's become overloaded with so much junk, it's difficult to actually find a decent product. Everything is a cheap knock off of a cheap knock off. Reviews are sounding increasingly fake (like AI wrote them) so I don't trust them anymore. Plus, delivery is steadily getting worse, with packages frequently getting lost or delivered to the wrong house entirely. I'm not renewing again. Thumbs down!

I absolutely hate this app! Out of the apps I have on my phone, this is the only app that freezes my phone, kicks me off the internet, constantly freezes while browsing, doesn't allow me to tap on any of the selections when searching for items without freezing, and takes a million years to open whatever it is I tap on to open and view. My phone and apps are always up-to-date, so WHAT is the issue?! Edited
