They abuse notifications for items that you've shown interest in previously or similar to things you're interested in. It's so annoying getting daily spam advertising in the shape of a notification. lately, they have made my packages inaccessible by not following instructions, forcing me to be exposed to conditions that are dangerous for a wheelchair user. I use this service for a resemblance of independence, and they're falling short on the actual deliveries. I was injured. Edited

Amazon is now home to the worst customer service and the worst implementation of AI I've ever experienced. Their help and support is basically non-existent at this point. It's just their terrible AI assistant that does nothing but redirect you endlessly to pages you've already been to. I've had issues with packages being stolen, delivery drivers not following delivery instructions, and other technical issues with both the app and website. I might just be done buying from Amazon. I'm serious.

This company is awful. They pulled this scam on me. Charged my Prime to a wrong credit card. I asked them to charge the default card. Instead, they marked the charge disputed and cancelled my prime. When I contacted them again to find out what was going on, they said I had to sign up for prime again! They sent a link, I clicked the link, I signed up for Prime again at a huge price increase. Won't keep their word to fix the price, blamed it on me: guess I don't have Prime anymore as they wanted.

Look, Amazon is Amazon and it's app isn't all that different from it's website from a mobile standpoint. But now they're putting ads into your notification bar. They could section off "deals picked for you" notifs and "delivery update" notifs, but they don't. Lumping these two kinds of notifications together without an option to toggle them is ignorant at best and manipulative at worst. I just need quick delivery updates, nothing else, and I don't need an app that can't or won't do just that. Edited

Amazon app is really bad these days. The user interface is super slow and crashes. They're so bogged down by Chinese rip off goods that you can't find what you're looking for, even when you search for it by name. I was just on the phone for like half an hour with their their customer service because I can't get the app to stop shipping to the wrong address. The app is super buggy. They're shipping is fast... But everything else is really bad. Expect to be frustrated. Edited
