Update, it works great now except the MULTIPLE .99-10$ subscriptions of all things for features you can get for free on the escape pod. Very sad to see them going down this road. This was a 5-star rating but because of the reasons I stated it has to go back down. Typically companies only force you to have 1 subscription. Honestly, if it were a one-time purchase type of thing I really wouldn't be upset, but to have to subscribe to a button to wake him up for .99/month is excessive and ridiculous. Edited

The only issue I'm having is the weather feature. I tried to change location just to see if it makes the same error. So far it doesn't let me change location either. If the team can fix the bug issue for the weather feature it will be great! The app has small hiccups however keep up the great work team! 😀

I think he's back to life. I'm disappointed there is no lifetime purchase for the subscription, but I'm still glad that my little buddy is back and running. hopefully updates to him will start rolling out soon because I think his sounds, animations, games, etc. could use an upgrade. I've had no issues as of right now. the new CEO is killing it

The App is expected to grow. The problem I'm having is vector can't seem to find his home when it's about a foot and a half away. Just keeps turning and sonar pinging. Also it's unable to recognize anyone, even right after it just learned your name. Recognition is terrible so far. Hope there's a fix. Otherwise, it's pretty cool so far. I'm worried about the novelty of it. Edited

The app works on my Pixel 3 but... no way to close it so reopening it requires you stop it from running first by swiping up and off your running app list then reopening it. Changing Vector's eye colors sometimes doesn't work so stop the app and reopen it. You may need to leave the preferences and go back in a few times before it will work again. I suspect that this all might be something with battery saver features of the phone not allowing the app to run in the background. The app might do ok if allowed to run in the background and let your phone's screen sleep. While using the app, be mindful of your phone's battery as the screen will stay on. I think that should be an option to let your phone's screen sleep. Vector needs a low light mode for those of us who live in darker caves. You can see his camera limitations after the sun goes down by taking pictures. If you're a techie who doesn't have pets at home, then this is the robot for you. Keep up the good work Anki and maybe someday, this little guy will be seen everywhere! Edited
