When I attempt to log into Pulse using biometrics, i get an error, forcing me to use credentials. Unfortunately two factor verification doesn't allow text to my phone, only allows pin code sent to work inbox. Then, what's the point of the app. Unreliable! My profile in the app shows my old extension, not my personal cell#. That's a problem too.

Why are we forced to verify through our work email? What's the point of having an app if I'm already on my work computer? No way to verify using your phone number. They forced us to download PING verification and they don't even use that! App is useless because you have to log in every time, but have to be at your work computer to do it. It's a waste of space on anyone's phone.

App needs to complete verification every time I log in. It attempts to send the verification code to my work email/inbox. There's no option to send the code to my mobile phone. The app is useless, if this is the intended or only verification option. Try again!

Always has an issue loggin in. ALREADY REGISTERED And done with verification with the biometrics but everytime i login. It always has an issue, you need to get again an OTP to be able to login. This is too frustrating. I was happy because there's an app but because of the issue, It always ended up using my laptop to get the OTP in our outlook. Very inconvenient app Edited

Does not work well at all. Interferes egregiously with day' s work access to building works items access to data center critical to my job functions. This is at least the third time this app has totally failed to work for me, and it could not happen at a worse time. It asks the same three stupid questions day after work day. Only some ignorant corporate lawyer would advise anyone to utilize this app.Also, the tech support is unavailable, super slow or cannot resolve to satisfaction.Tota fiasco . Edited
