Trouble loading the app, then find the pages on this app are just the regular website pages, but inside the app frame. On the find-a-doctor page, you cannot see the top of the page or scroll all the way to the left of the page. Most of the options are cut off, I can't see the filters, cannot do a search because I can't even see the full text entry box. I was hopeful that this tool could help me manage my disability and connect with my healthcare team, but at this point it's pretty much useless. Edited

The app isnt as user friendly as I would like (need). Hard to navigate and impossible to find items or links ...it keeps circling you around and landing the same exact, non-helpful places. Resulting in a lot of wasted time and frustration with the system. It gets a 4* right now because the insurance itself is great but this system is a nuisance.

To "find care" you have to enter your ID# manually despite already being logged in, and when you submit it nothing happens? This is literally the most basic feature... Beyond this, the app is incredibly unresponsive, I mean it's clearly just a reskinned browser for their mobile site yet still every click takes about 5 seconds for something to happen, and even when I "continue as guest" to look for care I get stuck at a loading animation forever (well at least over 5 minutes). App. has a lot of improvement to be done to it. seems to have way to much listed into way to few of menu selections. A lot of items I am only able to find by typing into the search box. No notifications or messages of claims are denied. very confusing if you are looking at info for medical or vision insurance. App could greatly be improved.

Terrible, borderline intentionally bad tracking. It's like they deliberately make it fail/randomly disconnect so you don't meet your monthly goals and earn rewards. I've set up/re-setup tracking many many times, and it always eventually disconnects for no reason, no warning, and I notice I have logged no steps for 5 months. Rewards section is also hidden. It just feels scammy to me.
