The auto response to reviews feels as warm and helpful as the dark pit of despair this app came from. It is pointless to send us emails telling us to update this broken app because it will stop working otherwise only to find that after updating, you can't log in, the app crashes and you have to get out and kill the app manually. Come on Anthem, you are not broke and there is no excuse for a product you push ok your producers to be this bad. Terrible and I'm not waiting on hold for 10min. Nope!

My experience is very much like Dan's. You force me to update an app that was working to an app that doesn't work at all. Can we go back to the old one before you "worked out some bugs"? I've Uninstaller the app until you work out some more bugs... Edited

Can not see on much on a cell phone, i want to view the producer on my laptop. Where is it now? Onhold for 10 minutes no one ever responded. Very frustrating during AEP

looks good but ABC just sent a secure message to my email that will not open and tech support is over 15 minutes hold. that could take an hour to get a message that a policy was issued. communications should be accessible in this app
