When trying to login with my known credentials y'all making me change my credentials is dumb. It isn't a security best practice forcing people to do this. It already is a complex, unique password just for NRG, it should be fine to keep using it (or just not using a password at all and instead relying on something like a passkey with biometrics is so much better).

This app has never told me my usage and I can't even tell how much my bill is because I need to know my usage to calculate it and my electric bill is now not billing me all because NRG is not communicating. I have had my account since New years. I'm scared to be on a bill that isn't in my budget. That's why. Already in the payment plan because this happened with another company last year. Also, the app runs slow. 🏃♀️ like damn I can't catch a break.

Worthless as far as I can tell. This is another factor in me regretting switching to this company. The only piece that seems to work is "my account" and that is slow af. So this app can tell me who I am, eventually, but can't show me my plan or usage. I guess I'll continue to wait for them to respond to my email...

Hard to review the app as I'm never able to login. Fingerprint does not work. User name / password keeps giving "Sorry. We are working on a technical error. Please try back later." error.
