Very unreliable. Even when it "works" it's not unusual for the alarm not to work. Frequently encounters bugs/error codes. Apparently in 2019 the Y2K bug caught up to it and has completely disabled the clock. Support was fairly helpful even if instructions weren't entirely accurate. Got the firmware update through trial and error but refuses to boot up and connect to network. Last year it was mediocre at best, now it's more plastic junk

This device and this app do not work. If you can get it to sync up with the app it won't ever stay synced. As others have said, it will not reliably tell time or work as an alarm. At 9pm tonight it read 8:24, somehow. At 6am it randomly reset to noon. Does not work as a clock, an alarm, a music player, or even as a nightlight. This was a complete waste of a purchase, and even with over a year of trying to get it to work (following every single suggestion from their website)... Still junk.

My device only defaults to Europe/Paris timezone, even though I've selected America/Chicago. I've removed the device from my account, unpaired it from WiFi and Bluetooth and unplugged the power. It might switch to the timezone that I've set but it will eventually revert back to the Paris timezone. Something about this is buggy and I hope it gets fixed soon. Edited

Device designed as alarm clock it sure sucks at it. Clock will not keep time nor timezone for more than few hours. Only rebooting the device will return the correct time. As alarm clock, this is useless as it won't wake the kids up at correct time. Having a clock as main function cannot and should not be so difficult this time and age.... *sigh* Setup of bedtimes and music was relatively easy, upload of personal music less so. Remote connection works fine. Other than the clock keeping incorrect time, i rather like the device. But.... Makes one really frustrated in the end. Support has been responsive (at first) but promise of fix in weeks has been dragged on for months now. Edited

The physical product is really great, the functionality, design etc. The app, however, has really bad user experience. Nothing is labelled and it's not intuitive at all what all the unnamed controls do. Setting up an alarm clock shouldn't take 3 mornings of trial and error...
