They scam people by posting a good product. By the time you receive the item that's when you realize is not worth it. I older items worth of AED767. and I couldn't believe what I got 🤦. I requested for refund. Till date no one has come to pick up the items, I keep calling all they have to say is they'll pick it up witheen 1-2 business day. Is more than 2weeks now. The items are useless, I can't use them due to the size erro apart from the fake product. stop scamming people with fake product. Edited

I made an order with two items. They delivered one and canceled the other without even informing me or sending an email. Their customer service via whatsapp is useless as it is automated. They think they can match NAMSHI who are much better, faster and more professional. Moreover, many times when placing an order, at checkout the item is not available. The next day you find it available at a higher price. Not recommend at all. Edited

I bought a Tommy shoe from 6thStreet. It was expensive, but after less than 3 months and only 4–5 uses, it started tearing! I contacted customer service, and they refused to help, saying the return period is 14 days only. Clearly, they don’t care about product quality or customer satisfaction. Very disappointing experience. I don’t recommend buying from them you might pay a lot and get nothing in return.

I was billed more through my bank compared to the amount on the app when checking out and which was confirmed to me through email. Also, the refund was not the right amount. I got credited less than what was displayed and confirmed through the app and email. It is very unprofessional and misleading. After writing my review, I received a reply from them through playstore which stated their apology. However, I haven't received any reply through email or WhatsApp, which was sent a couple days ago. It's my first order on the app. I ordered 2 shoes and paid for 60 mins delivery, when the delivery arrived he only had 1 shoes and said the next one is coming in 30 mins. 24 hours later and still nothing, they don't call you for the delay nor they reply to emails ! Very bad first experience !
