My order was delivered fours days after the scheduled delivery, and I ordered it two days before the day I wanted it delivered. They say on the app they have 24/7 support, but they were unresponsive and very slow to respond. They did not respond to an email after days. On Whatsapp and in the in-app chat they were completely unresponsive on weekends. The flowers were right, but don't count on your gift being delivered on time. Edited

it's an aggregator that can't contact any of their business partners. I ordered flowers, a simple bouquet, I was sent a fake status of your order is being assembled and then nothing, they simply lost track of my order entirely. no further updates and no delivery, when I complained the next day they said woops we couldn't fufil and can we do it today instead, full 24 hrs later exact same thing. Don't bother, just Google a florist and use them directly, this is just a waste of time and money

while the website is already great, I believe the app is even better! It is easy to navigate. I appreciate how informed and detailed it is. I enjoy using my global flowers to send flowers! They are the most accurate product and quality I've seen. highly recommend!

It's a total scam. I ordered some flowers (gypsophila) two weeks in advance, and on the day of delivery, they delivered completely different flowers without any prior notice. They were much smaller than the bouquet I ordered, and to top it off, they replaced the flowers with roses and lilies. My girlfriend, who received the flowers, is allergic to lilies. All of this happened without any response from customer service, not even an offer to look into the order. They simply don't answer. Don't buy
