Worth the money 👍 I tried a freebie gym log which was a dud, after using notes and excel for years. Once you get used to it, it's easy to use and has just the right amount of data to track. And it's very easy to add your own variations of exercises One minor gripe - I'd like to see my rep records aside from 1RM. I like 5/3/1 style training, meaning I want to see what I did for 4 reps, 5, 6 etc. You can go back and check, and there is a line graph tracking your numbers, but not a summary.

This is a nice app. There are a few disappointments. 1) There are no cardio exercises at all. Is there a hidden database to download that I am missing? Surprised the "Hottest Fitness App" has no cardio. 2) the flow on how to do a workout it not clear. Need to read the manual again. 3) Built in exercises have primary and secondary muscle groups and equip fields. Is there a way to do that for "new exercises"? 4) Secs need to be available for timed exercises. Hard to calc fractions of a minute.

EDIT: 4 years later.... backups, infinite workouts, I wish I could pay them more; no other workout app comes close. Best gym app there is. No ads. Simple layout. Can compare previous lifts easily. Everything is modifiable, even can add my own muscle group workouts and more. Usually don't rate apps but this one is worth it. Edit 2: 6 years later still going strong Edited

Easily the most versatile system for people who already have a workout plan. Lots of features that are nowhere else, been using since Windows Phone. I'd really love an integrated weight plate calculator, and auto-backups. 2026: Still the best. I've been using this since the Windows Phone version. Edited

The best workout app. Definitely worth paying for. Having the ability to store workouts, add exercises that arent in the app already (even though there are so many already in the app with instructions and animated drawings) is great. Also backing up to the cloud had saved me so many times from having to re-enter all my workouts when i upgrade phones.
