the messaging is fine, and I like that, but everything else about this app is horrible. Sharing does not seem to work. My ex can't seem to see any of the medical information I've shared despite having added her, and she keeps complaining that I'm not doing it right and requesting I do it again and again. it's incredibly tedious and frustrating. edit: and the response from the developer below should tell you everything you need to know. don't try to solve it, just say it's really fine. for our court ordered, this is a good app and like that it is free. however, we are not being notified of calls coming through the app. Just get a notification once inside the messaging portion of the app that there was a missed call. I am fully up to date with the device and app, but not receiving any type of notification of phone calls coming through. would like to know when a call is being made so that I can ensure we are using the app properly for our court order of all comms in the app.

I like this free app. however, I've purchased the recording twice and have not been able to use it. ive enabled on my side and shows its not purchased, but I have a bank account showing they've taken my money and still can't fix the issues and or use it and telling me to purchase this recording again? UPDATE: I have been going back and forth back and forth on email for days now, and nothing has been fixed or a refund for the 2nd time of purchase. Edited

When we try to do a video call, even after multiple attempts AppClose just gives me silence and a black screen, then drops the call altogether because "no internet connection". But when I'm not trying to make or answer a call, my internet connection is fine. We've often resorted to making the calls via a different app just to make contact, which is ridiculous. The app has so much potential with the texting and ability to document, but instructions are lacking, it's glitchy, & not user friendly.

UPDATE: Tech support reached out, asked a few questions, then GHOSTED ME. And the suggestion here that I should contact them again does nothing to address the fact that they don't respond to emails. They just stopped responding. No solutions, no suggestions, nothing. Having the easily printed transcripts is very helpful in probate court, but video calls only work if you TURN OFF BLUETOOTH. Even if you're not using it. It took me a year to figure that out, no thanks to the tech support. Edited
