I barely ever use the app, almost never, it is never updated and doesn't sync so why bother and you cannot access emails, photos are not included in the texts. I would normally cancel the service, however, I have found that if I use the dashboard on the clevguard website almost everything works. Photos still don't arrive with texts but I imagine you'll fix that soon enough. ALSO! Voicemails received and left would be phenomenal. Updating target phone remotely would be my only other request. Very frustrating. Tons of lagging and inaccurate displays of data. More often than not, I have to refresh the screen or app multiple times for data that was already visible previously to appear with updated data. UPDATE: Also, the response about server issues for this review has nothing to so with my review. The issues I have experienx have been since the day I purchased the license. My review is related to constant issues with the app, not related to a one time outage. Edited

Update is very slow . Screenshot duration is very long. Can take screenshot anytime manually always there is error. Social app update not frequently and not coming from 2 days. Call recording with no audio everytime. Worst app to purchase. Plz fix it or refund money.

new update is useless. earlier dashboard was showing everything over it. now nothing is visible. for every option i have to see separately. please restore previous dashboard.

I have 7 months using this app to monitor my kid, and I give 2 stars because the app previously was working flawlessly, but since a couple of days I have noticed that the APP is not recording inbound/outbound calls anymore... another thing is that you have to make a STABLE VERSION of the app and do like 2 updates per YEAR since I can't have access to the target device too often and also you have to IMPROVE call recording and the quality of saved pics is TOO PIXELATED. Hope you can help me ASAP. Edited
