Can't use the app... As soon as I input the code from the text message, it crashes. I tried multiple times, but I can't get past that point..

Disappointing app, My credit sucks right now so thought I'd give it a try. Prblm 1 tried setting up an account through the app and the link I got was an error message. Prblm 2 called customer service and the mustang I'd like is 4-6 months out despite there being a dealer surplus currently Prblm 3 cost calculator wouldn't work once I was texted the code I'm not sure if they are needing money quickly but I was really disappointed in this experience. Bait and Switch! On one screen you are allowed to pick the price option you want, and on the very next screen they try to charge you between $590-$1200 a month and a $6500 for a tesla that is advertised at $390 a month and $1900. That is not even mentioning that the tos and other information are just a blank screen. Truly a disappointment and a waste of time. This company is going to lose money because of this app and their practices.

I just finished up my first experience with Autonomy ... and I'm sure it will not be my last. It redefined the new car experience and has allowed me to experience EV for the first time with unlimited flexibility on term. In the future that flexibility will include car brands and other options in sure. Autonomy will be revolutionary. The hand off was quick, informative, and frictionless. When have you ever finished an appointment at a car dealership and wanted the experience to take longer?

Like short leasing, this product seems like a cool idea. Loaded the app, put in my phone number, clicked on the web link, got a pin code, after loading the pin code the program just crashes. So I guess I won't be trying this product out. 😞
