The app is very easy to use. Milestone tests break everything down into easy questions with a "yes, no, almost" answers. Then if your little one isn't hitting a specific milestone it pops up the activities that will target that milestone. My daughter is a little behind, so I reached out to their customer service. 5 stars to their customer service because not only did they answer promptly, but have been helping me work toward getting my daughter back on track. Also has stories, recipes,& trackers

I'm unable to enter my baby's correct date of birth. Once I upgraded to the premium version certain parts of the recording data are no longer allowing me to enter the correct data and defaults to whatever it wants too. I gave reached out to the support team and they mentioned they would reach out to their IT team but I haven't heard anything since and I'm still not able to use the app fully. Edited

Hello Team, I had subscribed to your free trial which added a standing instruction to my Credit card for the yearly subscription. I later bought the monthly subscription on the app and canceled the yearly subscription from Play Store but today the standing instruction has been executed on my credit card for the yearly subscription fee . Please refund the money back,I would like to go month to month. I have also sent an email on the same.

If I could do zero stars I would. I have never come across an app so unhelpful in all my years, especially the 'parental support'. I had deleted the app and was still charged a crazy amount for an app with not a lot of use and then no help whatsoever for a refund for something not used. As a parent sometimes you miss these things and other apps I have come across before have been incredibly helpful and issued a refund as soon as possible, but not this money grabbing app. Incredibly unimpressed!
