Plenty of glitches where the app is inaccessible for days at a time. Not a very logical way to organize bookmarks, and the search function is not efficient, nor does it seem to follow the established protocol for search terms. Overall disorganized, inefficient and hard to navigate. I have to use it since it's the only hub for a curriculum my family uses. Unfortunate.

Notifications are turned on. All my other apps notify me even ones I don't need. This one, I need, I've allowed, I've cleared cache, uninstalled reinstalled, turned my phone off and back on again. Tried the reset my phone and even checked for updates on both phone and app. Notifications show up in my email tho. I used to get Notifications in both my email and from the app on my phone. The app is faster sending them to my phone yet the emails are the only ones showing up all the sudden.

Nice collaboration and teaching tool with rich functionality, but too complex. And the kichy wording for categories makes it even more challenging to navigate. I'm taking a course using basecamp and am finding the tool getting in the way. It's causing information and navigation overload. I suggest you run focus groups of users of multiple types. Also, impossible to put newlines in posts. If it's possible, it's certainly not obvious. Edited

Works well enough. I like that you can sync events to a Google calendar. Unfortunately, if you choose the wrong email the first time, you can't seem to change it. So make sure you sync correctly THE FIRST TIME. Otherwise this important feature is useless. The Add To Calendar option only appears half the time anyway. Edited

It has its perks sure but it's not like I can use it because it is Always offline!! I can't respond to any of my important messages (and it has nothing to do with my internet connection) and have to get on the desktop app to do Anything, which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app. Sometimes restarting it helps but usually I just have to get on a PC. I really wish desktop app had audio cues for notifications.
