Had a great experience with this app for nearly a year. At 11 months 1 week of use just before I was ready to re-up, my weekly reports went from hundreds of shared screenshots on my report to less than 5 per day. The good habits are already formed but when your accountability partner sees a difference that drastic it seems like something is up. Maybe the most recent update or maybe not but whatever is causing this issue has definitely caused some issues with transparency with my partner

The app is a great idea but for the service being it's provided it's far overpriced. I've experienced several issues using it. The biggest one is that it doesn't work. My wife has noticed this for a while with random videos being flagged constantly and actual pornography being ignored. In fact we tested this the other day by having my wife search for pornography which was not caught. Additionally on my tablets the app deactivates when the battery gets low which has been a little frustrating.

Definitely a scam. Paid ten dollars thinking throwing money at the problem might help my addiction, but they took my money and then the app did literally nothing. Not one screenshot or report was sent to my accountability partners, even after troubleshooting and reinstalling the app. Worthless. I wouldn't be surprised if they stole my card information as well. (UPDATE) Contacted service desk, and supposedly they fixed the issue, but it /still/ wasn't working save for an initial text. SCAM. Edited

Update: Turning off the filtering helps resolve 3rd party inbound calls to an extent, still glitchy with this version, however, now able to get these calls only after several failed attempts. Hopefully a fix will help soon. Also the support is responsive, usually within a few hours via email. So far they have been helpful with new suggestions on how to overcome this obstacle interim. I love the system and everything about this app. However, the text function does not work whatsoever. I have been in contact with support, but it's still just not working. I want to use this app and have no issues whatsoever with doing the monthly fee, but before that happens I need the accountability partner aspect to work.
