App keeps crashing. There's a message saying it crashing due to a bug. I have contacted customer services only to be told, I can't transfer from iPhone to Android. My issue is even though my subscription was originally purchased on an IPhone, I have been using it with no issues for 2.5 years on Android and only recently experiencing issues. No help from customer services, only that I can't transfer.

I have been a loyal subscriber to Good Food magazine since 2017 and had all my magazines downloaded in the app. I refered back to my older editions regularly, especially the Christmas editions. Suddenly the app has updated and all my previous purchases before jun 2019 have disappeared! This is so frustrating as I was given no choice in the matter, update or don't view your magazine! Plus it now keeps freezing or crashing every time I open the app. If you get the choice, don't update

Absolute rubbish. All my old editions have disappeared. I bought ingredients for a recipe from April edition. I've upgraded the app now I can't access it. And my subscriber number is the same. Furious! Thanks to developer for replying but still can't access all recent editions on my current subscriber number. I can get some older editions but I have to input old subscriber numbers. You need to at least be able to merge old subscriber numbers. Edited

I'm not sure if the developers are aware but there is no where for android users to sign in on the app or if there is one it is deeply hidden. There are however numerous ways to purchase new subscriptions! I have contacted intermediate to gain access to content I've already paid for and have yet to hear from them. I'm not sure who writes the code of this app but they should be fired.

Like numerous other people i can no longer login and see old paid for content. This is for Good Food Magazine using a Samsung A34 device. I have a print magazine subscripltion which should give me access to electronic content. Instead of asking each of us to fill in forms the developers should fix the underlying issue. Don't they do testing as part of the development?! Edited
