This app is even worse than it was when I first bought these very expensive hearing aids. The ability to fine-tune them using the app was a big selling point for me. At the time I bought the hearing aids, Android was updating and Beltone was working on making the app work with the new version. I think that was 2022. At least then I could go in the app and control the hearing aids sometimes. Now it won't even open, so I have two settings I can control. You are ripping people off.

Not very happy after choosing Beltone over three other hearing aids. Great service from local representative and pleased with Amaze but, many problems with the Hear Max app. Went through all the initial procedures and went home with a working ear. Shortly after, I opened the app and it showed a red status and poor instructions for correcting. To make a 6 trip return to dealer and still not fixed a shorter story, I was told that the app is questionable with my LG-G6 phone. The aids were sold to me without any report to that effect. I have been back to Verizon, my phone company and they are confused and say that if the app works for a time and quits that is compatible. I will also add that I called your service phone 3 times without a return call. Poor business in my estimation.

I love the fact that this app enables me to adjust the volume, and tweak the equalizer settings of my hearing aids. My favorite feature is that I can locate my hearing aids if I lose them. I would rate this app with 5 stars I the volume and usage of my phone and apps would actually play through ny hearing aids. I have a Samsung Galaxy A03. It does not appear that my mobile device is compatible to enable that service.

I have Beltone hearing aids now for one year. I love them. I hate this application. It stops whenever it feels like it. I put my hearing aids on then go to the app to connect them. They connect and soon thereafter the app stops. This is very annoying as we rely on the app to help our hearing aids. I turn the app on at least 20 times a day because it keeps stopping. Please do something about this. It's a very important tools for me and others.

This hearing aid app is not made for the Samsung phone or possibly any Android phone. It constantly loses connection on one side or the other. If you want to listen to music or a podcast you can only hear it in one ear. For that matter any bluetooth connection is the same way. in order to get the hearing back in both ears you have to turn off your phone and restart it. Then you'll probably lose the connection if you stop your music say to answer the phone it only comes through in one ear.
