Fresco y Mas app lacks essential features expected in this day and age. No prices or pictures of items, leading to a lack of transparency and trust. It's unreliable, often failing to load or working slowly, creating a stressful shopping experience. Using it inside the store is even worse, with slow speeds and frequent freezes, wasting customers' time. It's a complete disaster that fails to deliver a user-friendly shopping experience, and customers deserve better.

The app is a disaster, and the company must change the engineers of the software. Very slow interface and motion, lose connection in background automatically. The coupons sometimes are not correctly applied. This one and the Winn Dixie App are the same trash. I give it 1 star and hope all the customers do for the bad work. 👎👎👎

This app hasn't been working for 3 days now. It wont open. It extemely slow, in the store super slow. To find a coupon you have to go thru all the items in order to find it. It so dumb that if you get a free item,you have to show the cashier the coupon on the app,It should be something automatic. Please fix the app, maybe you need to download the publix app,or family dollar app to see how there coupons really work.

I love to shop at the store , but this last update i cant get anything to show up but a blank screen, i wrote to the developer and no response, i made sure my software was up-to-date, the app as well, i Uninstalled and reinstall, i cleared my cookies and cache, and nothing, i can sign in online with my login, i have no issues with the winne dixie app, since its the same. If i can give zero i would.

No longer works after the last update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it now opens and closes immediately without allowing me to log in. It was never a good app... Always crashing and the last few months not even telling you what your points were. It was slow, a pain to log into. Edited
