POSSIBLE SCAM. TRAVELERS BEWARE. I have just had a terrible experience with bookaway in Tanzania. I booked a VIP return ferry ticket from Dar to Zanzibar and paid $114.05. Over the next 3 days I got an email and WA messages saying that the tickets were coming, but they NEVER came. I had to buy new tickets at the ferry office. And, of course, they stopped responding on WA. I think I have been SCAMMED. I emailed bookaway and no response. I messaged on FB and they say they need to investigate. Edited

I LOST ALL MY MONEY. I I booked for first class tickets for Kandy to Ella train and they issued second class and didn't e even notify me that the tickets are for second class. I realized when I came to railway station. I PAID 98.66 EURO FOR THE FIRST CLASS TICKETS AND THEY RETURNED ONLY 10$ FOR THIS ISSUE. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Edited
